Caswell Christmas Choir

We decided to set up a Caswell Christmas choir leading up to the recognition event. Both patients and staff attended every Wednesday night. We had a lot of fun singing rounds and Christmas songs. We completed a chart of our mood, before and after each session and we are pleased to report that peoples mood improved every time! We hope to run some more sessions some time next year.
