Recognition Event

The Recognition Event sought to reward those who have worked hard across the year and made their own personal achievements.​

The awards represented work within Education classes, completed courses, volunteering roles, the work people do on the wards, staff that make a difference & much much more! Each person who was recognised was given a round of applause and welcomed to the front to collect their certificates.

Aaron came along to lead the audience in some fun drum exercises, and OT's Karen and Huw encouraged everyone into singing a few songs! The Event also recognised Grace, Head of Nursing, for her time working at Caswell and to announce her retirement, where she was awarded a bouquet of flowers on behalf of everybody.

Faithful Kaz the Dog and Val finished the ceremony with a dog agility show displaying tricks and skills to all that watched. Please see the following article for more on Kaz! A variety of sandwiches and cakes were served following the afternoon's events for everyone to enjoy.
