Issue 33
Look after your teeth?
Understand your oral needs. Your oral health depends on many factors. This may be forgetfulness, what you eat and what you drink, whether you have a dry mouth; because the problem with a dry mouth is there's not enough saliva to break down the build up of plaque and decay on a daily basis. Talk to your nurse or dentist and maybe come up with a basic routine. This maybe a simple three step guide you can place somewhere to remind yourself;
1 remember to brush every morning
2 you could add some sugar free gum to fight the build up of plaque
3 remember to brush or floss before bed
Keep on smiling! Shaun
