Patients' Stories 

Since my time in Caswell Clinic I have had many ups and downs but I have come a long way from where I've been in the past. I would like to say thank you and good luck to all the friends I have made during my time here and would also like to thank my clinical team and all the nursing staff for their help and support. When I eventually leave Caswell I hope to remain in contact with the friends I have made over the years.
