Summer Fete

The Cardigan ward Fete was once again a resounding success. There were a wide variety of stalls and activities. The food stalls included cup cakes, lemon sponge and chocolate sponge cake. There were also samosas which had been prepared the evening before by Richard, Sita and a number of patients.

Alan dressed up in 'wild west attire' and sold flowers and vegetables which had been grown in the Cardigan Ward Courtyard. There was plenty of fun to be had by throwing wet sponges at various people in the stocks, and a football target challenge. All in all there was a good turn out from staff and patients alike. The fete raised approximately £250.00, many thanks to all who attended!
